Registered e.hospira.com users should have a valid User ID and password. Enter this information in the fields provided to log on to e.hospira.com.
If you are not currently registered, click on Customer Registration and complete the registration information. Upon successful completion of the registration process, a confirmation will be sent to the registered user via e-mail in 2- 3 business days.
If a registered user has forgotten their password, click on the Forgot Password button. The user will be prompted to enter User ID and e-mail address in the fields provided. Click on “Submit” to send the request. A new temporary password will be issued via e-mail.
If a registered user has forgotten their User ID, click on the Contact Us button in the tool bar. Complete the e-mail contact information using a problem description of “Forgot User ID”.
